Dear Parents:

 

In an effort to more fully meet the needs of its students, Ferriday High School has a certified counselor who stands ready to assist your son or daughter in dealing with a wide range of issues, including those of academics, career exploration, personal problems, and college admission.

 

A student may request to see his or her counselor at any time; or, as the parent, an occasion might arise when you would ask the counselor to speak with your child. In any case, every student is seen at least twice during the academic year as a matter of policy.

 

If you have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact the Guidance Department.
